1.2 Under the Service Terms, HEALTH LIFE LONDON provides medical tourism services to its customers worldwide in Turkey and other countries.
DEFINITIONS
2.1 Customer: Defined as the party named in the Price Quote who requests medical tourism services from us (or for whom medical tourism services are requested on their behalf).
2.2 Healthcare Service Provider: Refers to a healthcare service provider including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, doctors, nurses, rehabilitation/physiotherapy centers, dialysis clinics, healing centers, spa centers, pharmacies or e-pharmacies, laboratory services, medical tourism agencies/intermediaries or diagnostic centers.
2.3 Content: Refers to content, text, data, graphics, images, photos, video, audio, information, recommendations, guidance and other materials made available, accessed or otherwise found through the Services and/or Website, including but not limited to Content provided in direct responses to your questions or posts and presented in the website blog.
2.4 Customer: Refers to Website visitors or users and/or individuals who contact HEALTH LIFE LONDON directly/indirectly to obtain information about Healthcare Service Providers or Third Party Service Providers.
2.16 Website: Refers to HEALTH LIFE LONDON's website located at the following address: https://healthlife.com.tr/
2.17 Business Day: Defined as any weekday between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday, except for days designated as official holidays in the United Kingdom. Information services via phone and WhatsApp are available 24/7.
PROVISION OF SERVICES
3.1 HEALTH LIFE LONDON, as an intermediary company, will provide the Customer with healthcare services, travel, accommodation and transportation services.
3.2 As an intermediary party, HEALTH LIFE LONDON will mediate in providing healthcare services, travel, accommodation and transportation services to Customers who have reached the age of 18. If the Customer is under 18 years of age, their guardian must also be present.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for accurately and clearly disclosing their health history to HEALTH LIFE LONDON by filling out the medical form on the website with health information.

4.1 The Customer or User agrees not to use the website or services in a manner that is unlawful, infringing, wrongful or harmful, in a manner that violates another party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights, or that otherwise interferes with the operation, use or enjoyment of any service, system or other property.

5.1 Payment for services must be made according to the terms specified in the price quotation and service agreement.
5.2 All payments are to be made in the currency specified in the quotation, and currency exchange rates may apply.
5.3 Late payment fees may apply for overdue payments as specified in the service agreement.

6.1 HEALTH LIFE LONDON acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of healthcare services provided by third-party healthcare providers.
6.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate health information and following all medical advice from healthcare providers.
6.3 The company's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellation policies vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
7.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific terms of each service package.
