The duration of therapy varies based on your needs and the nature of the concern. For some clients, short-term therapy (8–12 sessions) may be sufficient, while deeper or chronic issues may require long-term therapy (6 months or more). In the first session, our specialist will create a plan tailored to you.
A standard therapy session typically lasts 45–50 minutes. Sessions are usually held once a week, but they can be scheduled more frequently (twice a week) or less frequently (every two weeks) depending on need. As therapy progresses and your condition improves, session frequency may be reduced.
If you notice sudden behavior changes, a drop in school performance, social withdrawal, excessive anxiety, attention difficulties, changes in sleep or eating patterns, or aggressive behavior, consulting a specialist may be helpful. In our free initial assessment, we will professionally evaluate your child’s situation and provide the most accurate guidance.

Before starting therapy, it’s important to know that the process requires time and patience. Therapy is a journey and may not yield immediate results. Building a trusting relationship with your therapist, honest and open communication, regular attendance, and completing suggested exercises between sessions are critical for a successful outcome. In the first session, your therapist will explain the process in detail and answer your questions.
